Which regulator applies where
DHA (Dubai Health Authority) licenses professionals working in Dubai. DOH (Department of Health Abu Dhabi) covers Abu Dhabi. MOH (Ministry of Health and Prevention) covers the remaining Emirates. Each has its own prometric-style exam, and passing one doesn't automatically qualify you for another — though the underlying exam content overlaps significantly.
What the exam actually tests
DHA, MOH, and DOH exams are prometric-style, multiple-choice, and test core clinical and professional knowledge specific to your role (physician, nurse, pharmacist, physiotherapist, and others each have separate exam blueprints). Pass rates for well-prepared candidates are significantly higher than for candidates who attempt the exam without structured preparation — most failures come from unfamiliarity with the exam format, not lack of clinical knowledge.
